All accommodation is fully equipped with cook utensils for preparing and serving food. Clean lien, towels and tea towels are exchanged every 7 days, unless otherwise agreed with the service provider. The price includes water, electricity, gas and cleaning. The accommodation units are essentially in a clean state, detergent for washing dishes and dishwasher. Traveller has the basic means for personal hygiene such as hand soap and toilet paper. Most accommodation don’t supply beach towels.
Even in accommodation which is Pet Friendly, please notify in advance, so the service provider confirms that he/she agrees to receive them. Some service providers which allow pets will charge for their stay, which Travellers will be informed when reserving accommodation.
Babies are more than welcome. When making a reservation make sure the service provider can provide a cot, high chair and stroller. Some service providers of accommodation charge for their use, but most of them have these made available for free, when making a reservation please let us know that the above mentioned will be waiting for you in the accommodation.
Some service providers want a security deposit upon arrival as insurance against damage of the accommodation. The Security Deposit is returned to the Traveller if the accommodation has not been damage during the Travellers stay. Please cooperate, in case of any damage to the accommodation as quickly as possible inform the Agency and service provider so that it can be immediately resolved. It is in the interest of the Traveller, the service provider and agency, that there will not be no inconvenience that would later arise from this situation.
The prices of services are in Euro. Euro Payment is possible only with bank transactions in the foreign exchange account, for Travellers living outside of Croatian. Payment in the Republic of Croatia is done exclusively in Croatian Kuna, whether the payment is made in cash or by credit card. The final invoice is issued in Croatian Kuna and is calculated at the exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank on the date of payment (invoicing).
As a general rule, all check-outs of accommodation are at 10:00am, and all check-ins are at 14:00pm, unless otherwise agreed by service provider. These times are essential that the accommodation can be well cleaned and prepared for the arrival of new Travellers. The Agency will try to adapt to your wishes, if possible, and receive Travellers in the accommodation earlier, i.e. check the possibility of later departure, with agreement with service provider of the accommodation an. It is important to know your itinerary, and expected time of arrival. So if you arrive later than planned that we can organise the Travellers arrival.
Sine some since some service providers have had bad experiences with groups of young people under 25 years of age, these age groups should be separately announced during the reservation inquiry. If groups are accommodated in a number of different accommodations, they should inform the service provider that they will have visits and socialize in one accommodation and that all Travellers will take note of the House rules.
With each accommodation is noted the maximum number of Travellers that the accommodation can capacity i.e., given the number of beds. With some basic capacity of beds is the "+" and the number of additional people, which represents a number of additional beds and the number of beds that you can receive person. Extra bed can be a pull-out couch, inflatable mattress or folding bed. These beds are usually suitable to serve as a bed for children. In some accommodation units these beds are included in the price, and some are charged separately.
Welcome packs are not included in the price, but according to your wishes to organize such services are charged separately. The welcome basket is a light snack with local specialties and a refreshing drink.
