This simple house is located in the middle of an olive grove with a breathtaking view of the Korcula Channel and the island of Hvar. The old fishing lodge has been renovated and upgraded with a new kitchen and bathroom, and in 2015, an upstairs bedroom, accessed by exterior stairs, was awarded. The house is only a few kilometers from Vela Luka and is located in Stiniva bay and the last part of the road is unpaved. Parking is provided by the road. There is a path about 60 meters in length that leads to the house. The house is not connected to the city's electrical grid, so electricity is generated by solar power through solar panels, which is enough for lighting. A 12 VDC to 220 V AC converter is installed in the house, which is intended only for charging mobile phones, the internet, and PC with less power. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a matrimonial bed and another bed is for one person.  Next to it is the passage room with a single bed. The kitchen is in a separate room and is equipped with a gas refrigerator and a gas cooker. Bathroom with shower. The bathroom and kitchen have hot water, which is heated by a modern solar water heater. The outdoor shower is with cold water. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a double bed and a wonderful sea view. In front of the house is a terrace with a seating area, deck chairs, and a fireplace on the side. The path is about 30 meters in length to the sea, and a little further away is a beautiful, sheltered, pebble beach. The property is with Internet included in the price. Discount is possible if there are less number of people.

The house is in a secluded location and there are no neighbors nearby. It is ideal for people who want to rest in complete peace and are surrounded by beautiful nature.
