The villa is located at the end of the road, and about 30 meters of private road leads to it. It consists of three bedrooms, each with a satellite TV, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the same space, there is a dining room and a spacious living room. The villa has a storage room, as well as a laundry room and another toilet. The villa is air-conditioned, with wifi, and an indoor fireplace. Parking for several cars is located in front of the villa and secured by surveillance cameras. Behind the villa, there is a barbecue, table tennis, and relaxing furniture. On the side of the villa, there is a dining set, and in front of the villa, there is a swimming pool next to which there is a sun deck with deck chairs, seating sets, and an outdoor shower and Jacuzzi tub. In the villa, there is an equipped gym with a toilet and shower. The villa is surrounded by gardens. A path about 50 meters away leads to the beach. The beach is partly paved and rocky, with deck chairs and parasols, and partly protected by green hedges.
