In front of the apartment is a covered terrace with seating. Parking is provided in the yard. On the side is a fireplace with a sitting area that guests share with guests from the second apartment located on the first floor.
Distance from the pebble beach is 50 meters. One part of the beach is reserved for guests of this house, it is partially paved, with umbrellas and deck chairs. Not far away, next to this house, there is a small private restaurant by the sea, which offers only dinner with a choice of a couple of simple, traditional menus.
