The apartments are air-conditioned and with an internet connection. On the side of the villa, there is a swimming pool with sunbathing area and deck chairs. Guests of this villa have small kayaks and table tennis available. In front is a private beach with a concreted sunbathing area, deck chairs, parasols and stairs for the sea. There are no neighbours around this villa, so privacy is guaranteed. From a paved road, the villa runs a gravel road about 30 meters to the parking lot.
