Villa with newly built swimming pool is located in Stračinčica, 6 km away from Vela Luka. It consists of three apartments and is ideal for a large family. One on suite with a shower is in the main room and the other is shared bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped in the same room with dining area. In front is a covered terrace with seating and fireplace. On the first floor are two completely identical apartments. They have one room with double bed, bathroom with shower and a kitchen with dining area. In front of the apartment is a balcony with seating arrangements and a wonderful view of the sea, the islets and the horizon. The apartments are air-conditioned, with internet and use of a laundry machine. Parking is secured for more cars, one part is covered and guests have a garage for one car. To the beach leads a pathway with a length of about 250 m, it is rocky and partially concrete and moor for a boat and 50 m away is a pebble beach. Behind this villa is a swimming pool with a sunbathing area, umbrellas, sun loungers and outdoor shower. Along the pool there is a table tennis table and a covered loggia with fireplace and dining room.
