This villa is located on a 1,400m2 property in Picena Bay. The estate cascades down with terraces from the road to the sea. The view is of the sea, the island of Ošjak, and the horizon. The Vila consists of two double rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, in the same room as the dining room and living room. The bathroom is with a shower cabin. There is a covered outdoor dining room in front of the entrance. On the side is a large covered loggia with a fireplace and a fridge. There is a swimming pool with a sunbed and deckchairs. Next to it, there is a shower and a toilet. Guests have a laundry room at their disposal. And on the side is a large tennis court that can be converted for basketball or football. It also has table tennis. The owners live on the neighboring property. There is parking for two cars; it is covered and next to the road. By the sea, there are deckchairs in the shade of pine trees. The beach is rocky and partially concreted, with a gravel part for entering the sea. Not far away is a pebble public beach, and further from the beach is a small restaurant offering Dalmatian specialties.
