An old stone house in olive grove was completely renovated in 2018. It is redecorated for complete relaxation and rest in nature. On the first floor, there is a kitchen with a dining room and a sofa. The room is with double bed. The bathroom is with a shower. In front, there is a partially covered balcony with seating furniture and two deck chairs. On the side, there is a large fireplace with an outdoor kitchen and a seating area, completely covered. On the ground floor, there is a small bedroom with a double bed. There is an outdoor shower and another toilet. The house is about 30 meters away from the road and the parking lot. The sea is more than 450 meters away, with a path it is 700 m. From the balcony, there is a beautiful view of the olive groves, pine forests, Korčula channel, and the island of Hvar. Electricity is generated by solar power. Hot water and the fridge are on gas. Pets are welcome at an extra charge. On rental also includes one bike.
