This beautiful stone villa was built on the foundations of an old fisherman's house. The villa is brand new, with new furniture and preparation for the 2021 season. It consists of the main building which is divided into two apartments. Each apartment is with two bedrooms, all with double beds. The kitchen is with the dining area. In front of each, there is a balcony with seating and sea views. In the bathrooms, there are showers. The heated swimming pool is located behind the villa, in the atrium. There is a large area with deck chairs and a sun deck, the covered part is an outdoor kitchen and dining area. The villa is not rented by apartments but there is the ability to accommodate a larger number of people in the house next to the main. The villa is located only 10 meters from the sea, in a hitherto undiscovered bay of turquoise. There are only a few more houses in the whole bay. A beach with deck chairs is provided for the guests of this villa.

The villa is equipped with all appliances and air conditioning. Damage deposit 500 euros. 

The villa is ideal for a very private vacation of family and/or friends, and at the same time opens the possibility of active tourism due to the hiking trails around it, cycling, as well as a great destination for divers.
