The apartment is located on the first floor. It consists of two bedrooms. One is with a double bed and the other with a double bed and an extra bed for one person. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the same room as the dining room. The bathroom is spacious and with a shower cabin. The apartment is with a TV and air conditioning. On the side of the apartment is a barbecue and garden furniture, which is shared with guests located in the lower part of the house. Parking is provided on the side of the house.

In front of the apartment is a balcony with a parasol, deck chairs, and a beautiful sea view.

Distance from the pebble beach is 50 meters. One part of the beach is reserved for guests of this house; it is partially paved, with umbrellas and deck chairs. Not far away, in the neighborhood of this house, there is a small private restaurant by the sea, which offers only dinner with a choice of simple, traditional menus.
