This stone villa is located at the entrance to the bay Gršćica, before Prižba. It is made in Dalmatian style, on the hillside overlooking the bay and the archipelago in front. It consists of a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The villa is with two bedrooms. The Master bedroom is with a double bed and access to a balcony overlooking the sea. The second bedroom is with twin beds. Each bedroom is air conditioning. The bathroom is spacious and with a cabin shower. On the side of the house is a swimming pool, sun deck with deck chairs, Jacuzzi, and outdoor shower. The villa is air-conditioned, with Internet, covered parking, and heating. From the road and parking, there are no stairs. From the villa to the sea leads a concrete path about 150 meters long. The owner of the villa occasionally comes and stays on the ground floor which is completely separate. 2021. is the first season for a villa to be rented.
