It is not connected to the city network but to solar panels. However, there is enough electricity to charge the appliance, lighting, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, satellite TV, Internet, and hairdryer. The house is located 2.5 kilometers from the center of Vela Luka but there is one kilometer is macadam road. The air distance from the sea is 400 meters, without a path to get to the beach, but you need to use a car. The owners live on the ground floor. Near this house is a small eco-farm. The house is in a completely isolated place, and is incredibly quiet, and surrounded exclusively by nature and silence.
