This ideal vacation house is located 7 km from the center of Vela Luka. It consists of two bedrooms, which are on the first floor. One room with two single beds and one double bed and a balcony. This floor is air conditioned. An extra bed is a pull-out couch for two additional people. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a shower. In front of the house is a spacious terrace with beautiful views of Stračinčica bay and sea. The terrace has outdoor furniture and deck chairs. On the side of the home there is a fireplace and an outdoor shower. In front of the home is a covered parking lot. To the beach a pathway leads  twhich is  70 meters. The beach is rocky, partly paved, with a pebbly entrance into the sea, and sun umbrella and with a couple of chairs. This is the perfect place to escape from the city noise and fully relax in nature.
