The apartment is on the second floor of a house located along the road in the cove Gradina. This bay is very popular. The apartment is located on the second floor (attic) newly constructed home. It consists of two double rooms. Both are with double beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the same room as the dining room and living room. There is air conditioning. From the dining room is a beautiful view of the sea and the bay. From the kitchen, there is access to a small balcony with a beautiful view of the sea, and the horizon which is ideal for an afternoon enjoying a refreshing summer breeze, or sipping a glass of wine while enjoying the sunset. Parking is available in the courtyard. A grill with outdoor seating is located on the terrace of the house, and available to guests of this apartment. Beach for guests is located 50 meters further. It is partly paved, there are deck chairs and access to the sea is pebbly.
