In accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 3 of the Law on Providing Tourism Services (Narodne novine, No. 130/17) informs consumers that complaints with which they express their dissatisfaction with the services provided may be submitted in writing in this business premises and they will without delay, confirm receipt of that objection.
