This newly constructed house is located in a cove Gradina beside the road. It consists of two apartments. The first apartment is situated on the first floor and has one double bedroom, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, large covered balcony with table and chairs and the door is connected with a staircase leading to the second floor to another apartment. The attic apartment has two double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, and a small balcony with a table and chairs. All three rooms with double beds, and the rooms on the top floor are further equipped with air conditioning. Additional beds are located in the living room on the sofa for an extra fee. Parking is provided in the courtyard, and there is a grill with outdoor seating next to the house. The beach is 50 m and is partially paved, there are deck chairs and access to the sea is pebbly.
