The holiday house is located in Prigradica. To the house from the parking lot leads the stairs, and the house itself is on the high ground. The house has three double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with separate beds. The two rooms are air-conditioned. In the house there are two kitchens, one of which is fully equipped, and the other is a kitchenette. There are also two living rooms, both with pull-out couches that can serve as extra beds for two or two adults. The house has two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with bathtub and bidet. The house is surrounded by terraces, one with a dining room and with a barbecue and the other with deck chairs and sitting set, both with a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Hvar. The landlord is near the holiday home. In front of the house are terraces with a drywall where figs are planted. Parking is covered and secured by the road. The sea is 40m away from the house. The beach is rocky and partly concreted, and is part of the shade. It is not suitable for non-floaters, because the sea enters the stairs. However, in Prigradica there is a public pebble beach which is about 500 meters from this house. The beautiful position of this house is that it is facing the Korčula Channel, with an amazing view of the sea, and the sunrises.
