On the second floor of the house, there is a brand-new, equipped, and modern apartment. It is located in a quiet suburb of Vela Luka with a view of the bay of Veles and the city. It consists of two double rooms, one with a double bed and the other with separate beds. The dining room is in the same room with a living room and exit to the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is with shower and washing machine. On the balcony, there is a sofa set with a view of Vela Luka. In front of the apartment, there is the swimming pool with a heating and cooling system and hydro massage. At the pool, there are deck chairs and an outdoor shower. The owners live in the other part of the house. The apartment is air-conditioned and the internet is. Parking is secured. There is a gym at the client's disposal. They are sharing it (same as the pool) with clients from the second apartment.
